It has the characteristics of strong adhesion, high wear resistance, tear resistance, flame retardancy, etc., which can meet the requirements of rapid repair and sealing of conveyor belts at room temperature, and the operation process is simple, good fluidity, solvent-free, non-toxic and tasteless, and safe to use Convenient, resistant to acid, alkali, salt, water, oil and other chemical media, resistant to aging, and can replace imported products.

This product is mainly used for the splicing repair of steel wire rope core, fiber core and ordinary belt longitudinal and transverse tearing, belt surface wear, fast falling, belt edge wear, belt surface perforation or broken skin repair, belt joint bonding and drum coating It can also be used for the repair of cables, rubber rollers and rubber products.

five. Instructions:

1. Surface treatment:

(1) The area to be repaired and the 2-3cm surrounding area shall be roughened with a steel wire beating machine or a wood filer.

(2) Use cleaning agent (such as acetone, absolute ethanol, trichloroethylene) to clean and decontaminate, and bake with iodine tungsten lamp or infrared lamp to make it dry enough.

2. Repair with glue:

(1) Pour the curing agent (Part B) in the tank into the tank filled with repair glue (Part A), and stir in the same direction with a clean, dry metal rod or screwdriver (do not use a wooden rod) 2- 3 minutes to mix well.

(2) Pour the mixed glue into the damaged area to be repaired to the full rubber working surface within 3-5 minutes, and then scrape it flat. The glue should also be poured at 2-3cm around the repaired area.

(3) It can be cured in about 20 minutes, and it can be used after curing for 4 hours at room temperature (20°C), and the maximum strength can be reached in 48 hours. If the ambient temperature is lower than 15°C or the maintenance time is short, use an iodine tungsten lamp or infrared lamp to keep a certain distance for baking (baking temperature 30-50°C), curing for 4 hours can be used. If time permits, the longer the curing time, the higher the strength.

(4) If there is a hole in the repaired part, plastic self-adhesive tape for electricians can be used as an abrasive tool to stick under the broken part. If the hole is too large, you can use polyethylene plastic board or iron plate to stick under the hole.

(5) If the belt joint seam is sealed, it can be used after applying the glue for 20-30 minutes and then sticking it on the surface with ordinary adhesive tape.

six. Precautions:    

1. The pot life is 8 minutes, that is, it should be controlled within 8 minutes from mixing to use up.

2. When mixing components A and B, do not use wooden sticks or contact with water. Use a relatively dry screwdriver to quickly stir for 1-2 minutes. Mix the two components evenly and use up within the applicable period, otherwise the repair effect will be affected due to the increase in viscosity.

3. If the temperature is too low, causing the viscosity of the A and B components to increase, the A and B components should be heated in hot water at about 30°C, and then mixed for use.

4. When repairing in a low temperature or humid environment, the film must be baked and the curing time should be prolonged. The longer the time, the higher the bonding strength.

5. When the glue is partially mixed in other containers, the remaining glue and curing agent should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place.

6. The repair glue is a two-component (A and B) reactive material. When using it, the A and B components of the same packaging specification must be used to prepare the glue, and do not mix it up.
