1. The greater the amount of glue adjustment, the faster the curing reaction speed; the higher the ambient temperature, the faster the curing reaction speed.
2. The amount of glue adjusted each time should not be too much, it is best to adjust the glue on the heat sink (such as copper sheet).
3. In order to achieve the best performance, it must be formulated in strict accordance with the specified ratio, and the best physical and mechanical properties can be achieved after fully curing.
4. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C, it is not advisable to mix too much glue each time, and it should be completed within operational time after glue preparation.
