Pipeline thread sealant uses the oxygen in the air to inhibit polymerization to keep the glue liquid in a liquid state. In the construction process, the glue is applied to the surface of the thread. Before the thread is tightened, the oxygen in the air will not cure the glue; when the thread is tightened, it is isolated from the air and solidified, and the liquid is cross-linked into a thermosetting solid with excellent performance. The entire thread gap can prevent loosening and leakage caused by vibration and impact. The pipeline is generally a water supply or gas supply pipeline, so it needs good sealing. Modern water pipes generally choose to be buried in the ground or on the wall. There are three types of water pipes. The first type is metal pipes, such as copper pipes and stainless steel pipes. 1. Single-component, no need for matching glue, thixotropic viscosity, not easy to flow, easy to operate;
2. The glue on the outside of the joint does not solidify, will not block the glue system, and is easy to clean;
3. The thread gap is filled with colloid to prevent the thread from being corroded;
4. After the glue is applied, the pipeline does not require special equipment to be assembled, just tighten it with a wrench and disassemble it with a pipe wrench;

How to use pipe thread sealant
1. Before sizing, clean up oil stains on the surface of the sizing part, and dry the surface.
2. Apply glue to the engaging part of the external thread, and tighten the pipe thread at a time. For larger thread gaps, increase the amount of glue applied and at the same time apply glue on the internal threads.
