The HY595 silica gel produced by our company has been used in the field of solar photovoltaic module manufacturing for many years. The products meet the special requirements of the photovoltaic industry for polymers: high adhesion, UV resistance, yellowing resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof, hail impact resistance, insulation performance and long-term outdoor service life. Main performance characteristics:
1. Neutral organic silicon material, does not corrode metals, and is environmentally friendly.
2. Curing at room temperature, fast surface drying, fast deep curing, meeting the needs of assembly line production.
3. Unique rheological system, thixotropic paste, good extrudability, smooth colloid surface.
4. Good airtightness, good adhesion to aluminum, glass, TPT/TPE backing material, and junction box plastic.
5. Yellowing resistance, after 180℃ high temperature aging and ultraviolet light aging, there is no obvious yellowing on the surface of the colloid.
6. After the double-eighth five-year high temperature and high humidity ring test, the colloid has good adhesion to aluminum, glass and EVA.
7. Flame retardant performance reaches UL94 V0 level, UL certificate number: E329851.
