Thread locking adhesives are mainly used for bolt locking, sealing and rust prevention. One-component, anaerobic type, which depends on contact with air to maintain a liquid state, and can quickly solidify at room temperature under anoxic conditions. It has low toxicity, excellent oil resistance, shock resistance and sealing performance. After dismantling, the original performance of the machine parts will not be affected, and the bolts can be used repeatedly. The main varieties are as follows:
HY622 thread locking agent: low strength, thixotropic viscosity. M2-M12 threaded parts are tightly sealed. It can be removed with a screwdriver.
HY642 thread locking agent: medium strength, thixotropic viscosity, M6-M20 threaded parts are tightened and sealed, and ordinary wrenches are used for disassembly.
HY662 thread locking agent: high strength, thixotropy, good resistance to chemical media, tightening and sealing of threaded parts below M26.
HY672 thread locking agent: ultra-high strength, medium viscosity, good medium resistance, permanent tightening and sealing of threaded parts below M26.
HY677 thread locking agent: ultra-high strength, high viscosity, excellent chemical resistance, permanent tightening and sealing of threads below M36.
HY690 penetrating sealant: high permeability, low viscosity, fast curing. It is used for the fastening and sealing of assembled M2-M12, and it can also seal welds, casting micropores and shrinkage porosity.
