Adhesives and sealants for automobile engine, gearbox, and chassis assembly are mainly reflected in various flat connections, sealing of hole cover pipe joints and bolt locking, which can prevent oil, water, gas leakage and bolt loosening. (1) Anaerobic glue

It is characterized by simple coating process, fast curing speed, and good locking and sealing performance. According to different requirements, three process methods, on-site coating, pre-coating and impregnation can be adopted. Among them, the pre-coated high-strength microcapsule anaerobic adhesive is particularly suitable for the fast-paced requirements of mechanical coating of a large number of threaded connections on automobiles. (2) Silicone sealant

It is used for flat sealing with unique characteristics. The adhesive layer has good elasticity, oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance. The glue coating process is simple, the peelability is strong, and it is easy to disassemble. It can be used alone instead of gaskets and has a good sealing effect.
